Returned merchandise must be in its original box, in new condition and include all instructions, and the invoice or packing slip.
*Exceptions: Videotapes, DVDs, audiotapes, computer software (once opened), animal traps (once opened), forms, reports, custom orders and leased items are not returnable. Books are returnable within 7 days of receipt. Test chemicals, once opened are not returnable. Downloads are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions
Pro-To-Go Shipping Saver only applies to orders shipping by ground method to the 48 contiguous states.
Does not apply to special orders, express and international shipping, orders that require special handling and orders that include items shipped by motor freight.
Additional buyers can only be added by the primary buyer, this can be done at www.professionalequipment.com in the account maintenance or by calling 1-800-334-9291. If done on the Web, changes may take 24-48 hours to be reflected.
Additional buyers can view the Pro-To-Go details but are not allowed to change additional buyers.
Cancellation of the program after purchase will be allowed if done before any eligible purchases are made. After that point cancellations will be reviewed to determine if the program may be cancelled. Refund may be prorated based on purchase made or months remaining.
Annual fee is $39 and is good for 12 months of free ground shipping.
While the current plan is active, buyers may not repurchase – during the renewal period (50 days prior to expiration) the buyer may purchase a renewal plan which will begin as soon as the old plan expires. If plan is not renewed membership will terminate on the expiration date of the current plan.

Customers who currently receive a corporate discount or special pricing are not eligible to join Pro-To-Go Shipping Saver.
Pro-To-Go Shipping Saver only allows free shipping on orders purchased through Professional Equipment. Orders placed through Professional Equipment’s alliances do not qualify for free shipping.
Pro-To-Go Shipping Saver is not eligible for discounting.
Orders not qualifying for free shipping will be charged appropriate freight.
At Professional Equipment’s discretion, we may change the terms of Pro-To-Go Shipping Saver without notice to you. If price changes this will not apply until the plan is renewed.
Professional Equipment may cancel your plan at any time at our discretion. You will be given a prorated refund based on the number of months remaining in your plan.
