This Retrotec Q46 automated blower door kit provides the perfect blend of hi-tech and ease of use; ideal for testing residential and commercial buildings and enclosures where quality, appearance and performance counts. It is one of our most versatile units, which incorporates our .75 horsepower 2200 Series Fan, capable of up to 6300 CFM. Useful for measuring air leakage in both residential and small commercial structures, the Q46 blower door package is one of the most advanced mid-range airflow diagnostic systems available, with an adjustable cloth frame that can be fitted to a variety of door sizes.
Our Q46 system can be controlled and monitored via the Retrotec DM-2 Series 2 Channel Digital Pressure Gauge, or you can connect the DM-2 to a computer, download our latest Windows software and conduct fully automated door fan tests straight from your laptop. The DM-2A that comes with this system offers an onboard "Set-and-Forget" control of enclosure pressure and flow pressure. All you need to do is choose your desired pressure, and then let the DM-2A do the rest. As you seal the leaks in your enclosure and the leakage rate decreases, the system automatically and instantly readjusts to the correct pressure.
