We are over run with mice and this device did not as much as catch one mouse. Did not work period. we ended up with 2 little green plastick hose looking mice traps and caught 13 in 2 days with those. this trap caught none. It just doesnt work

Are you kidding me! The people here who have posted negative comments about this trap are probably not doing it right, or they "think" they have mice but they do not.
We were having mice issue at the barn and opted not to use poison since there are dogs in the area. I brought this trap to the barn with me put some horse grain in it and 20 minutes later I had our first mouse. I went riding and by the time I was done I had one more. We cleared the mouse trap and added some more horse grain. The next morning we had 4 mice in there. The next day we had 6 mice all cooped up in the trap. So far we have caught around 25 mice and it has only been a week! BEST PRODUCT EVER! The barn owner is going to order a few more for the other parts of the barn. All you need is some food that will attract the mice and apparently horse grain seems to be their favorite! You cannot beat it for the price. Cheaper than exterminator services and very effective.

I bought two of these 'humane' mousetraps, and discovered they are TOO humane! The traps have been out for a least two weeks, and not a single mouse has been trapped. I did eye-ball one mouse sniffing at the edges of one of the traps, which I had put crackers with peanut butter into. But the mice don't seem to be able to get into the trap. Maybe my mice are too stupid, or maybe to smart, but none seem to be interested in entering the traps. Since I can't return the traps, this was a TOTAL waste of money. A definite, DON'T BUY!!!!

no matter what/how much bait is in there, no matter where it's placed, the mice will absolutely not go in it. it's been a complete waste.

Mice just do not enter trap no matter what you
use as bait. The entry is not open enough to
invite them in the way the single traps do.

Bought 4 - tried different foods and locations but did not catch any mice despite seeing several in the building.

I went with the live trap for 2 reasons. I have a pet who will eat anything (including poison) and I know I have mice because I have seen the fat [*] several times. I put the trap right where I've seen it and the little guy has to go in the trap or dance on top of it [...]

I used the single humane trap with a trip lever in the same locations at the same time, with the same bait, and it lured mice in. The multi catch one-way door didn't lure any mice in.

Even with peanut butter and smelly cheese inside, mice go on it, around it, but not in it.
