This Survivair escape breathing apparatus comes with a lightweight, refillable aluminum cylinder; valve and pressure gauge assembly; spring-reinforced, kink-resistant breathing tube; protective air hood and easy-to-maintain, detachable regulator. Operating temperature is 0° to 160°. It provides 10 minutes of emergency breathing air, giving workers the time they need to safely escape from toxic or oxygen-deficient atmosphere. A tough nylon pouch lets you carry one of these respirators with you, so you'll be ready to escape from toxic or oxygen-deficient atmospheres. Pouch features a hook-and-loop closure for immediate access to hood and on/off valve. Also has an adjustable carry strap so you can wear it around your neck, over your shoulder or around your waist. Respirators are easy to put on, function in seconds. One simple adjustment lets you get respirators over bulky eyeglasses, full beards-even hard hats. Elastic drawstring on hood creates a seal at your neck to minimize leakage and improve protection. Anti-fog laminate ensures good visibility. Compliance: NIOSH approved.
