This Taylor digital cool down temperature data logger helps you to stay in compliance with food regulations regarding the cooling process of processed food. The instrument features a temperature recorder with an external sensor to monitor cooling with a temperature range of -4°F to 212°F.

- Built to comply with the regulations regarding the cooling process of processed food, which specify that once food has cooled to temperatures below +140F, it must be cooled down to below +41F within 6 hours.
- The logger is triggered by the temperature falling below +140F, and the logger records the time and date of this event.
- The cool down process is then monitored by taking three temperature readings.
- At the end of the process, the Cool Down Logger displays a PASS or FAIL message depending on whether the temperature limits have been achieved in the specified time range.
