Takes a little practice to use. Must program the unit to display the values you want to see depending on what you are analyzing. Definately not something you will purchase and immediately take out in the field to use. Recommend practicing on a couple different units and reading the literature before implimenting in the field. Printer is simple but very useful. No point in analyzing if your not going to verify your readings with a printed dated readout of you r results. CYA
