This thermocouple thermometer features Total system accuracy™ to provide temperature measurements that are as accurate as possible, and the duraneedle wrap&stow probe is calibrated with the instrument to deliver a TRUE ±0.9F° accuracy and requires no additional calibration -- ever! The Thermocouple Thermometer is ideal for measuring temperatures in dense meats and also with soft foods and liquids. The heavy-duty patented probe cable is reinforced with Kevlar® and a metal braid that neatly wraps and stows around the instrument. Highly accurate and waterproof with an IPX7 standard rating.
