Additionally, the probe is calibrated with the instrument to deliver a TRUE ±0.9F° accuracy and requires no additional calibration -- ever! Ideal for taking temperature readings of small products and semi-solid products, the MicroNeedle probe tip delivers a fast response with minimal impact. The heavy-duty patented probe cable is reinforced with Kevlar® and a metal braid that neatly wraps and stows around the instrument.
