The TPI Carbon Monoxide Gas Detector is the ideal means of checking for the proper installation of ventless fireplaces, furnaces and other combustion devices. This state-of-the-art carbon monoxide detector reliable conducts CO tests in ambient air to meet OSHA and ASHRAE standards. The unit measures from 0 to 999 ppm and displays readings are displayed in 1 ppm increments. Users are alerted to hazardous CO condition with audible and visual alarms factory set at 30 ppm CO. Users have the ability to adjust alarm settings in the field to keep current with government and safety standards.

Use the product while energy auditing. Bright color is a plus as it has almost been left behind several times. Should be pocket or wrist sized rather than the whole hand size that it is currently. Requires the user to set it down while using other tools.
