The Traceable® Waterproof Datalogging Digital Thermometer is equipped with a stainless steel probe and designed with a shock resistant ABS plastic case for improved durability. The instrument captures ten temperature measurements up to 572ºF and stores them in memory. Data can be recalled on command. The instrument can also be set with a range alarm that monitors temperature measurement and alerts users when the temperature falls or climbs out of range.
