The Smart Bell is designed for contractors currently testing with traditional wet chemical kits, new to combustion testing, or where the cost of a high-end analyzer may be a prohibiting factor. The Smart Bell is a great first step into measuring a system’s performance and overall digital combustion technology. The new electro-optical sensor lowers the cost of ownership by doing away with the annual replacements of the O2 sensor and reducing calibration drifting typically found with standard electro-chemical sensors. This long life sensor is warranted for 5 years and has an unmatched industry-leading life expectancy of 10 years! Traditional methods using “dumbbell” shakers often take 15 to 20 minutes to perform and only provide a snap shot of a system’s performance. Once adjustments are made the process needs to be repeated to verify that the corrections achieved the desired result. Don’t be fooled by instruments that only sample results instead of reading them. A snap shot of a system’s performance, through traditional or digital means, is not actual combustion testing. The Smart Bell provides instantaneous and continuous reading while adjustments are being made giving you real-time results and saving precious time.
