I own an earth bag house on the Island of Hawai'i made of local rock and other local materials and it helps me to know if there is any water intrusion. I've tested an area that was repaired after a rain and am happy with it. This was the builder's first project along this line and he's concerned about water intrusion, so I'll track it for him and may recommend he get one of these. I was a Naval Aviation Electrician, and somewhat of a test equipment nerd.
