Install the Wall Switch Lockout using existing wall plate screws. Lock in either the on or off position using a padlock. By removing the padlock, you can hinge the lockout open for normal use. Single switch only.

Used the device as a simple remote lockout by an entrance to a boiler room. Used another one for a lockout on a large gas water heater. Easier and more attractive than adding other types of devices such as disconnects. It did have a couple of screws that seemed to be useless on the device.
