Don't waste your money on the cheap big building store gauges. This unit is rugged and built to last.

Would be nice if the unit had a standard faucet adapter but the unit connects easily to an outdoor tap or basement utility tub.

After going through many of the Hardware store brands That broke with ease and were not precise, I really appreciate this one. I like that you can easily twist the display while attached to he hose bib. And though it is large, it easy to handle. Well worth my money.

My water heater was venting water and it turned out the problem was a faulty pressure valve that controls the street to home pressure.
I use the gauge to check the valve pressure to insure I do not have this problem again.

This water pressure guage, although bigger in size than your standard Lowe's or Home Depot $10 model... is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Heavy-duty is right! I do not regret purchasing unit... If you are a inspector, don't hesitate buying it.

I loved the product for the first few months of use. However, I left it in my vehicle and the temperature dropped. The needle moved up to over the 135 PSI mark and has stayed there indefinately, even after thawing. I cannot recommend this tool if it is going to be left in a cold car or garage.

This gauge is filled with Glycerine and the 2nd time I used it a large air bubble appeared on the face of the gauge. I do not believe it will impair the functionality of the gauge which is otherwise professionally buil and is heavy duty suitable for commercial use

Good product, only defect was that the connection to the hose bib got loose from the pipe that goes to the actual gauge. I screwed it back on, but now has a water leak which will give me inaccurate readings, just need to tighten it up and add some more teflon tape.

I got tired of buying the cheap ones at the local hardware store. They would rust, were inaccurate and did not last. This piece presents solid construction, a big easy to read dial and can take the abuse of everyday use. A must have for home inspectors.
