Lignomat Moisture Meter, Mini Ligno S/DC for Wood, Sheetrock and other Building Materials is a great tool for home inspectors and maintenance personnel. The moisture meter can be used to identify potential problems caused by excess moisture in wood and other building materials. The addition of the Electrode E14C will enable you to take measurements in tighter and harder to reach spaces, and also allows you to use EL pins for checking EIFS. This multi-purpose instrument utilizes its own percent scale for sheetrock, and a reference scale for other non-wood building materials.
