This Phase l site environmental assessment training course offers the student an overview of State and Federal regulations and Industry Standards in regards to potential environmental hazards. You will learn how to identify potential hazards on site during the inspection process. A Phase l Site Assessment is required by most Banks and Commercial Lenders for Commercial mortgages and some Residential mortgages. Your package will include a Power Point CD for you to follow along with your 150 page study and reference manual.
