This traffic safety cone dayglow fluorescent lime PVC w/ a white inner liner and helps differentiate work zones for an extra measure of safety. The cone also includes a scotchlite reflective sheeting collar and features a wide-body design with a rugged base.

This collar is made specifically for the shape and chemistry of PVC traffic cones and provides excellent wide-angle reflectivity. The cone is durable enough to stand up to repeated abuse. Compliance: Meet NCHRP 350 Category 1 and MUTCD standards. 3M Reflective Collars exceed ASTM D 4956-04, Type III.

Note: Cones used on State and Federal highways must be orange in color and at least 28"H.
