This digital pocket thermometer is ideal for use in harsh food service environments. Avoid the dangers of a mercury spill from hazardous mercury thermometers, and utilize the advanced yet easy to use features of this digital thermometer to check extreme water temperatures of commercial dish water and other applications. The thermometer features an adjustable temperature alarm and can be programmed to provide a visual alarm (blinking display) once the set temperature is reached. The maximum heat is also stored in the instrument. The initial default alarm temperature is 140°F (60°C). The waterproof is guaranteed to provide accurate readings for life, and does not field adjusting of calibration. The LCD readout delivers fast temperature readings in less than 6 seconds over a wide range. The instrument is equipped with a 4-3/4"L stainless steel stem with reduced tip for delicate products.
