This Brady labeled lockout hasp allows an individual employee to quickly lock out equipment for servicing. Up to five additional employees can each affix their locks and tags while helping with repairs. Style 2 has spaces for up to six people to write in their names. Make sure your workers are safe by supplying labeled lockout hasps for all of their group lockout procedures. Constructed from tough 5052 anodized aluminum alloy with tamperproof locking tabs, they are impossible to remove while locks are still in place. Front and back of hasp contains write on surface that accepts pencil, pen or permanent marker. Pen and pencil markings can be easily erased allowing for repeated use. Hasp has 6 lock holes which are 5/16" diameter.
