Hanna DiST®5 Waterproof EC/TDS/°C/°F Tester is a dissolved solids testerFeatures & Applications: Measuring Conductivity and Total Dissolved Solids has never been easier, thanks to the Hanna DiST® (Dissolved Solids Tester) Waterproof Tester. This easy to use, affordable instrument is the standard in EC and TDS measurement, and is equipped with many useful features in response to customer feedback. This advanced EC / TDS / °C / °F meter features graphite electrodes to provide the greatest possible accuracy as they cannot be contaminated by salt deposits in the solution and when the electrode finally is exhausted simply insert a new electrode cartridge! The waterproof (it even floats!) DiST®5 tester is equipped with a dual-level LCD that displays EC or TDS and °C or °F. The instrument also features a stainless steel temperature probe for faster and more precise temperature measurement. Calibration and temperature compensation is automatic, while the EC / TDS conversion factor and temperature coefficient factor (ß) are user adjustable for application specific measurements. At startup, DiST® performs a self check then displays the remaining battery level to assure proper working condition. The Hanna DiST®5 Waterproof EC/TDS/°C/°F Tester also features a stability indicator and hold feature to prompt the user when to take the reading & freeze the display for easy and accurate recording.
