The Protimeter Hammer Electrode is designed to take moisture measurements at depth in wood up to 1 1/2" (40mm). The pins are insulated and will take measurements only at the tip of the pin providing the insulated coating is in good condition. This latest heavy duty design allows easy pin penetration in hardwood floors. This product will connect to several Protimeter moisture meters, including Mini, Surveymaster, and MMS.
