The TIF 8900 Combustible Gas Detector is a very popular broadband, solid-state combustible gas detector, and can be used in a wide range of applications. Easily detect gas leaks and combustible gas, vapor, or residue from gas lines and pipes, exhaust and fuel leaks, propane filling stations, fuel in marine bilges, heat exchanger leaks, manholes, arson residue, IAQ tests and liquid- or gas filled heating systems.

Capable of pinpointing the location of combustible gas leaks as low as 5 ppm, this unit is battery powered and features a flexible 16-inch probe. A Geiger counter-style ticking signal alerts you to the source combustible gas or vapor when it is detected.
