Features & Applications:
This unit uses the same accurate technology as the BD-2100 but is equipped with a conventional needle for inspectors who prefer an analog readout. Detects moisture from 6–40% in wood materials such as flooring, studs, joists and subfloors. For nonwood materials like concrete, plaster, sheetrock and insulation, the useful color-coded scale reads from 0–100 on a relative basis. Also useful for EIFS testing.
Each kit includes: a Delmhorst BD-10 series Moisture Meter; a Deep Wall Probe (#M698) which uses insulated contact pins with 3" penetration, two 6" insulated contact pins specifically designed for EIFS testing or made to use on the deep wall probe. Also included is an exciting new development; a hole punch enabling you to easily and neatly pierce holes for a test site. This equipment is displayed attractively in a sturdy hard carrying case for safekeeping. Also included a nylon field case, to be worn around your waist, for on-the-job mobility. Delmhorst BD-10 has proven its quality, accuracy and service over fifty years.
