SUPER DUSTER keeps detector vents clean of dirt, dust and debris that block smoke entry to the detector sensing chamber. Also great for getting rid of dust build up on fire alarm panels and other electronic equipment. Bring SUPER DUSTER within 3 - 6 inches (18 - 25cm) of the smoke detector while pressing the can's valve. Hold the can steady and do not shake it, otherwise the compressed gas will become a mist, causing it to lose its effectiveness. Spray the detector, then rotate SUPER DUSTER around the detector 90° and spray for an additional 2 to 3 seconds. Repeat spraying sequence until all four 90° quadrants have been sprayed. This will remove dust, line, and other foreign matter from the detector's housing / screen.
