The Amprobe PM51A is the world's smallest full-featured CAT III rated multimeter. The PM series of multimeters have many features in a very compact size. Has an oversize display plus one button function control.

The PM51A is an easy to use pocket meter that delivers all basic multimeter functions plus frequency and capacitance measurement capability. Completely autoranging with innovative control layout. Measures AC and DC voltage to 600 V, resistance to 40 MΩ, capacitance to 300 µF, and frequency to 1 MHz. Safety rated to CAT III 300V, CAT II 600V, cULus listed.
