The Metris Food Service & Inspection HACCP Thermometer is NSF approved and raises the bar in the field of food inspection products. The thermometer features a K-Type retractable probe for taking core temperatures, and HACCP alarms at -40 and 140° F for determining safe and unsafe temperatures. Taking measurements is easy with the white LED that illuminates the target spot, and the included Lithium battery provides 40 hours of continuous operation in IR mode and 100 hours in probe mode. This food thermometer takes highly accurate infrared readings from -67 to 572°F (-55 to 250°C), and internal temperature readings from -67 to 626°F (-55 to 330°C).
