The latest addition to the food safety family of temperature measurement instruments, this food thermometer from Metris raises the bar in the field of food inspection products. The TCT303 features a K-Type retractable probe for taking core temperatures, and HACCP alarms at -40 and 140° F for determining safe and unsafe temperatures. This food thermometer takes highly accurate infrared readings from -67 to 572°F (-55 to 250°C), and internal temperature readings from -67 to 626°F (-55 to 330°C).
