This Type 1A Step Stand is rated for 300 pounds, but is about 40-percent lighter than comparable steel models. It has a gentle front incline so it is easy to climb, but features a steep rear rail incline so it can be placed close to the work area. The steps and top are broad and extra deep to provide slip resistance and added comfort. With extra large 6-inch foot pads, this step ladder is ideal for use on floor gratings.
