With its snap-in connections, this Lightguard Emergency Exit Light Sign will save you installation time. The LED Emergency Exit Sign is ideal for commercial locations where reliability, low power consumption, and appealing design matters. Housing is made from UL 94 V-0 high-impact thermoplastic. Backplate has mounting knockouts for easy installation to standard junction boxes. Field selectable chevrons can be installed or removed from outside the exit housing.

Emergency illumination comes from two high-performance lamp reflectors, each adjustable to 180° vertically and horizontally, both integral to the housing. High-output LEDs illuminate the exit face. Maintenance-free, sealed batteries. Expected life of up to 12 years for nickel cadmium with an operating range of 20°F (-7°C) to 95°F (35°C). Brownout protection activates light when AC voltage drops 20% below nominal. 120/277V AC dual voltage input and surge protection. Compliance: UL 924 listed, NFPA 70 and 101. NEC, BOCA and OSHA illumination standard.

Illumination

  T-5 wedge base tungsten lamp (7 and 12 watt halogen lamps available)
• High impact polycarbonate diffuser utilizes linear frosted sections
  to control sight-line glare and maximize reflector efficiency
• Illumination of the exit face is accomplished with long
  lasting, high output Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs)
• Hot spots and striations are eliminated by the internal “light
  chamber” especially designed around the high performance LED
  array
• LED and support electronics have an expected service life of 25 years

• 120/277 VAC dual voltage input with surge protection
• Lead calcium units utilize a solid-state, fully automatic,
  voltage regulated charger
