It is EPA-registered and powerful enough for use as a hospital-grade disinfectant. Formulated for use on both porous and nonporous materials, it is effective against numerous bacteria, fungi and viruses; including Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureusa and Streptococcus pneumoniae. Strong concentrated quaternary ammonium chloride blend, yields 64 gal. of usable product from every gallon of concentrate. It is distinctively formulated to be effective in water damage restoration projects and it is useful to sanitize materials such as drywall, wood framing and carpets. Forceful yet deodorizes, leaving the work area smelling fresh and clean.
