This Sper Scientific Nist Traceable Type 1 Sound Level Meter meets IEC651 and ANSI S1.4 specifications for Type 1 Sound Meters. It covers the 30-130 dB range in both the A and C decibel frequency weighting scales with 0.1 dB resolution and an accuracy of ±1 dB (125 Hz ~ 4 kHz). Features fast or slow time weightings, peak hold and AC output. A calibration adjustment allows the user to quickly calibrate the meter’s internal electronics. It can also be acoustically calibrated, in compliance with OSHA, using Acoustical Calibrator 850016 or equivalent. Comes ready to use with a windscreen, calibration tool, instructions, and two 9V batteries, all contained in a hard shell carrying case. Nist Traceable Type 1 Sound Meter is available with NIST traceable certificate of compliance.
