Rest assured, it still possesses all the extraordinary benefits and features you relied on in the original Encounter, such as nondestructive moisture measurement of numerous building materials, as well as deep signal penetration, which detects excess moisture below surfaces. However, this version has many new and extremely useful attributes. A wider detection range for readings of 5–30% moisture in wood and 0–100 relative scale. For better sensitivity and depth of signal penetration (greater than 1"), the rubber electrode pads are in more direct contact with the material being tested. A name you can trust, with enhanced features to make your job easier. Includes 9V battery and soft zipper case.
